Head of the Fintech & Innovation practice at Gide, Franck Guiader is an expert in advanced technologies, digital finance and the regulation of financial innovations. In this capacity, he advises both public and private institutions and companies on their development projects requiring the integration of technology-related specifics in their legal structuring (blockchain, cryptos, AI). Member of the Consultative Commission "Asset Management and Institutional Investors" of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), Franck is also a key player in the development of the Paris financial market, for which he has established several working groups on financial regulation and developing attractiveness. Franck began his career at Lazard in 2001 and then joined BNP Paribas, before working for the NYSE-Euronext group at the time of its merger. Between 2011 and 2018, he was successively nominated as the Head of the Asset Management Regulation Division within the French Financial Markets Authority, and then established and headed its Fintech, Innovation and Competitiveness Division. He also chaired the AMF-ACPR Fintech Forum with the prudential authority. Franck holds a Master's degree in business law and a Master's degree in finance from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas. He is also a graduate of the University of Paris René Descartes in applied mathematics, and of Neoma Business School.
