Since 12 October 2025, Anne Le Hénanff has been serving as Minister-Delegate for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Affairs. First elected to the French National Assembly in June 2022 and re-elected in 2024, she was a member of the Horizons party, part of the presidential majority. During her time in Parliament, she served on the Defense and Armed Forces Committee and the High Committee on the Digital and Postal Sectors, and was Vice-President of the working-group on Digital Economy, Security, and Sovereignty. She has led several key initiatives on digital policy and cybersecurity, notably a report on cyber-defence challenges, work on the “Secure and Regulate the Digital Space” bill (covering cloud services and the Data Act), and contributions to implementing the UE NIS2 Directive. Born in 1969, Anne Le Hénanff graduated from EM Normandie Business School in 1991. Before entering politics, she worked in the private sector and later became a local and regional elected official—served as First Deputy Mayor of Vannes responsible for digital affairs, and as a regional councillor for Brittany (2021–2022). She also chaired a Cybersecurity Chair at the Southern Brittany University, promoting digital trust and resilience.
