With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Erald has held leadership roles at some of the most successful crypto and payment businesses worldwide. He previously served as Global Head of Operations for Paysafe, a licensed EMI payment institution, as well as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Crypto.com. Additionally, he was the Head of Growth for Europe at Binance, where he played a key role in scaling operations across the continent. Earlier in his career, Erald managed operations for several new banking startup initiatives across multiple European countries, giving him a strong foundation in traditional finance. As OKX’s primary public representative in Europe, Erald is at the forefront of driving innovation and building trust in the region’s crypto ecosystem.
