Marshall brings over 15 years of experience across finance, strategy, and business development, spanning both Web2 and Web3 environments. He currently serves as Vice President of Strategy at Hypernative, where he leads strategic partnerships and drives expansion into new growth verticals. Prior to this, Marshall led business development at Balancer, one of the leading decentralized exchanges in the EVM ecosystem, and co-founded GuardianUI, a security-focused platform for Web3 applications. Before transitioning fully into Web3 in 2021, Marshall led business development at JTV and began his career in commercial banking, building a strong foundation in financial services and institutional strategy.
