Jolyon Horsfall is the CFO and co-founder of Flight3, an award-winning Web3 marketing agency formerly known as Zebu Digital, acquired by Steven Bartlett’s FlightStory in 2023. With a deep-rooted passion for the Web3 ecosystem that began in 2013, Jolyon has played a pivotal role in driving marketing and strategic growth for startups in the space through Flight3. Jolyon’s entrepreneurial success is bolstered by a strong foundation in corporate and international tax, gained through his experience at a global accountancy firm. This background has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the Web3 industry. His dedication extends beyond business, demonstrated by his five years of leadership in a UK-registered charity focused on mental health. An early Bitcoin evangelist, Jolyon began trading peer-to-peer in 2013. He co-founded Flight3, now recognised as Europe’s leading Web3 marketing agency, and helped establish Zebu Live, the UK’s largest Web3 event. Under his leadership, the company was bootstrapped in 2021, won CityAM's Startup of the Year in 2022, and was successfully acquired in 2023. Jolyon also co-founded Happy Space UK, a leading preventative mental health charity. His contributions to the non-profit sector were recognised when he received the COVID Young Leader Award from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for supporting UK families during the pandemic.
