Hein Tibosch is Head of Product & OTC Digital Assets at Flow Traders, a leading global liquidity provider active in both traditional and digital markets. Hein began his career as a trader in Amsterdam before relocating to New York, where he ultimately led trading across Digital Assets, Commodities, and VIX. Over more than a decade in New York, he built and scaled multiple successful trading desks. In 2023, Hein returned to Amsterdam to focus exclusively on the growth of digital assets, taking responsibility for digital assets product strategy and the OTC offering. Since then, he has rebuilt Flow Traders' OTC platform into a comprehensive, institutional-grade solution. Most recently, he is focusing on tokenization, actively supporting counterparties with their liquidity needs in any shape or form. Hein holds a Master's degree in Economics.
