Jaou Toure is Head of Business and Operations at Huma Finance. Huma is deployed on Stellar and has reached $3.5bn in transaction volume in March 2025. Prior to joining the founding team at Huma 2 years ago, Jaou helped build Goldfinch, one of the first RWA lending protocols, as Lead for Bizops & Strategy. She also previously worked as an emerging market investor at the World Bank and IFC and at McKinsey where she advised tech firms on growth and go-to-market. She holds an MBA from Stanford GSB and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
