Co-Founder and co-CEO of Seqlense, a company dedicated to regulatory watch providing innovative tools and expertise, Cecile is also the head of compliance and legal for two AMF-registered PSAN/VASPs in France—Meria and Deskoin. As an international expert in both crypto-assets and traditional finance, as well as regulatory and compliance fields, she is also a researcher at the University of Luxembourg, with research topics related to the history and role of women and minorities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain environment. Since 2017, from a professional perspective, she has been actively involved in the crypto-asset ecosystem. Around this period, she also co-authored one of the first white papers on compliance and crypto-assets, published by the Association of Luxembourg Compliance Officers (ALCO) in collaboration with LetzBlock. With a profound understanding of the diverse regulatory expectations across Europe, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional landscapes. She successfully led the PSAN/VASP registration for Ilium (Cruxpool mining pools) in 2022 and for Elyps in 2023, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted advisor in the crypto regulatory space. She also serves on the boards of LetzBlock (Luxembourg) and AWIC France.
