Friedrich Klinger works as an advisor and serves as the technology lead at the Bank for International Settlements Innovation Hub (BISIH) in Singapore. He was seconded to the BISIH from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Previously, Friedrich was the founding CEO of two technology startups. He holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship from DHBW Karlsruhe and a master’s degree in digital financial technology from the National University of Singapore.
