Mr. Shy Datika, INX co-founder and President, has over 25 years of experience in banking and finance. As the founder and former CEO of ILS Brokers, a multinational brokerage house based, he played a key role in advancing electronic trading in the global OTC Forex market. He has been extensively involved in fintech as an investor, director, and executive, including roles at ForexManage Ltd., Anyoption, and Ouroboros Ltd. He also served as Chairman of the Investment Committee and Audit Committee member at Altshuler Shaham. Previously, he was a senior dealer at Bank Hapoalim. Mr. Datika has extensive expertise in fintech, trading, and business development.
