Xavier is Chief operating officer of Vancelian, specializing in investment solutions that integrate traditional finance with blockchain technology. He is also member of Supervisory Board of Banque Delubac & Cie since 2024, in charge of the remuneration and nominations committee. Xavier is founder of MUWPAY, is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform that aims to simplify multi-token transfers and payments across different blockchains. It acts as a routing aggregator for decentralized exchanges (DEX) and cross-chain bridges, enabling transactions of multiple tokens from various wallets in a single operation. He takes a vision and makes it a reality through sound strategy development. He intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage. He is an inspirational leader who tells stories that inspire action, while at the same time is grounded in financial information that levers the business. Xavier worked for Pictet &Cie as global multi-asset portfolio manager with EUR 7 billion AuM in charge of global asset allocation and the implementation of European regulation (MIFID, FATCA). Previously, as Director and global banker in Credit Suisse, Xavier oversees the operations of different departments between Investment Banking and Wealth Management: Trading in London, Sales & Trading in Derivatives in Switzerland, and Treasurer (Basel III) in Credit Suisse between London, Paris, and Zurich. He is a regular columnist on BFM Business TV (French CNBC TV) about Fintech and Innovation. Xavier is an investor and advisor of numerous start-ups and companies. Xavier has master from ISC – Institut Supérieur du Commerce (Master Graduate School Management – Finance) in 2000. He holds a certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) specialization Fintech (2016) and is a graduate of HEC Paris in Private Equity (Leadership Executive program in Private Equity in partnership with France Invest - French Association of Private Equity) in 2017.
